Unorthodox, low-tech solution:

Prototype for the instructor/evaluator program

The capstone for our Design Thinking training was supposed to be a prototype for the upcoming Instructor Evaluator program. The instructional designers were grouped in pairs and the prototypes were presented to representatives from each JBU College during a collective showcase.

All other groups presented their ideas in a PowerPoint or Word document, but we decided to create a kind of Candyland trail with Post-It Notes. That made our prototype flexible and interactive. It allowed College representatives to move the stickers and adjust the prototype during the showcase, which became an opportunity for very interesting brainstorming.
